Return Shipping Policy

Dear Colleague,

You have NO 'RETURN' TIME LIMIT...!

            THERE IS NO LIMIT* ON THE RETURN TIME...!   PLEASE TAKE THE TIME YOU NEED, FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT.

Canceling your order and applying for a
'Return shipment' and a 'Cash Refund' or 'Store credit', for one - or more
cases of our various types of WillCo-dish® Glass Bottom dishes, is very easy.


Note:  * 'THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE RETURN TIME...!' means, that we will give you all appropriate - and reasonable
            time, to make sure that you are in the position to respectfully take very good care of the return shipment.
            Even, if you have to go to an
International Convention or - Meeting, during the expected return date, which
            takes another week or so.
           
            We expect the return shipment back:  Not in 30 days, not 60 days... but in the time you respectfully need.



How to get 'authorization for a return shipment'
for our WillCo-dish® Glass Bottom dishes?

Forward to WillCo Wells B.V. by fax or e-mail, the reason -/explanation of the planned return shipment.

We will respond to you in writing, following issuance, for your authorization.

Include the following 'Customer information', of the person who is mentioned in your Purchase Order or, in his/her
absense the information of a Colleague, who is authorised to send - and sign for the 'return shipment' request:

   Name and work-address, in full.
   Phone number (Including Country code and City code).
   E-mail address.
   Original 'Purchase Order' number and PO date.
   WillCo Wells' invoice number and invoice date.



Returns, on a 'fair & reasonable' account, following issuance, are ALWAYS accepted and will ALWAYS be authorized.

Just follow the next two steps:

1.: If the WillCo-dish®-es are already in your possession, or due to arrive in your premisses soon, we ask you to
     properly - and carefully repack the case(s) of WillCo-dish®-es, preferrably in an additional outer carton case.


     WillCo Wells B.V. will then organise the return shipment by Federal Express (FedEx), to have FedEx pick-up
     the return case(s) of WillCo-dish®-es, in question.


2.: Return shipment: Once you have the goods well prepared for pick-up by our International Courier (FedEx), we
     will instruct FedEx Staff in your area, to arrange for the pick-up at your
pick-up/shipping address. FedEx Staff
     will contact you, for a precise date and time, to pick-up the goods for the return shipment.

We thank you for your kind co-operation, to make the return shipment (dispatch), work out fine. In case you have
made your choice for a 'Store Credit', it is very well possible that you have already received your replacement
case(es) of WillCo-dish® Glass Bottom Dishes.

Please take notice:
Shipments however, should always be inspected immediately, upon receipt.
Notify WillCo Wells B.V. (Amsterdam - NL) in writing, within 24 hours, if the outside (casing) of the goods arrives
in your 'delivery address' damaged as such, that it is to be expected that your WillCo-dish® Glass Bottom Dishes
inside the case(s) are damaged, as well.


All 'breakage and discrepancy' claims should be made promptly. We will take full responsibility for shortage or
breakage, if we have been informed within 14 days, after receipt of shipment.



NOTE:  Items that are ordered in error and are returned, following issuance, are subject to:  

a) A cash refund
with a 0% restocking charge.
    We will make a full refund, within 14 working days, from the day we authorized the return shipment (Authorization
    process will follow immediately but will be executed only, after consulting the person mentioned in the original
    Purchase Order and receiving his/her confirmation in witing. In absence, an authorized Colleague is welcome to
    confirm the refund, in writing and sign for it.


b) A store credit. The person mentioned in the original Purchase Order, will receive a confirmation in writing, if
    your choice is for the 'store credit'.

     In case you change your mind, you prefer the refund after all, we will make the refund within 14 working days,
    after we have received notice from our bank, that the funds have arrived in our bank account, in writing.
    We check with our bank, starting from the day we receive your request for a refund in writing and signed by the
    person who placed the order in the first place or by a colleague who is officially authorised, to sign.

Here at WillCo Wells B.V. we strive to offer you the best possible service, highest quality WillCo-dish®-es, pricing
and technical support. We are always available to discuss queries, problems or suggestions.

So, please feel free to call Will VEEN (Managing Director & Owner) with any comments about our products, technical Staff,
or Customer service.
Our Customer 'Service-Team' is there, to serve you with a smile!

Given that we have the 'product of your choice' in stock and that payment has been arranged for properly, we
guarantee to ship your order within 24 hours after we receive it. To better serve you, we offer you to ship your order
(Ex Works) by
Federal Express (FedEx) 'International Priority'. We do have 'Corporate Discounted Rates' with FedEx
to save you (sometimes even up to more than 60% discount) money.
Please be advised that it is our company policy,
to ONLY charge you the exact shipping charges, that we are being charged by FedEx - NO MORE.

You are however, most welcome to contact the Courier of your own choice (FedEx, TNT, UPS or DHL, only!).
The choice is yours.


*To assure you the lowest possible shipping costs we have set up a special corporate account with FedEx, where
  you will benefit from our corporate discounts. Unless you otherwise specify, we always ship by 'FedEx International
  Priority'.
We give it our very best, to keep your shipping expense, to a minimum.
