Refund Policy

Dear Colleague,

We are sorry for you, that you need to cancel your order. However, it needs to be handled smoothely and with a smile!


                 DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR 'CASH REFUND' OR 'STORE CREDIT', YOU WILL RECEIVE IT WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS.
 


1.:   THERE IS NO LIMIT* ON THE RETURN TIME...!         PLEASE TAKE THE TIME YOU NEED, FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT.


Canceling your order and applying for a 'Cash Refund' or 'Store credit' (and a 'Return shipment') for one - or
more cases of our various types of WillCo-dish® Glass Bottom dishes, is very easy.


Note:  *'THERE IS NO LIMIT* ON THE RETURN TIME...!' means, that we will give you all appropriate - and reasonable time,
            to make sure that you are in the position to respectfully take very good care of the return shipment. Even, if
            you have to go to an
International Convention or - Meeting, during the expected return date, which takes
            another week or so.
            The return shipment is expected:  Not in 30 days, not 60 days... but within the time you respectfully need.



2.:  How to get 'authorization for a refund'
, for our WillCo-dish® Glass Bottom dishes?

We invite you to follow the next two steps:


a.: Refund:  The person who is mentioned on the original Purchase Order form, must notify WillCo Wells B.V. of the
     desired '
Refund' or 'Store credit' (as well as the planned 'Return shipment',) in writing (Fax or e-mail). Due to
     the absence of
this person, a Colleague who is authorized to sign this document too, is most welcome to do so
     and send us this fax or e-mail, to cancel your order.


b.: WillCo Wells' - Order Administration, following issuance, will send an e-mail back to the Contact person, who was
     mentioned on the Purchase Order, or (in his/her absence) directly to the other person who duly signed the
     'Cancellation
document', for authorization. Once authorization from 'WillCo Wells' is received by the Customer, the
     order is cancelled.

     The choice, whether you prefer the refund or a 'Store Credit', is your choice only and you need to notify
     WillCo Wells B.V. in writing of your choice, for one of the two options.
     If your choice is for the refund, we will immediately
arrange your refund with our bank, to assure that you receive
     the refund, within 14 working days from the day we receive notice from our bank in writing, that your payment has
    
arrived in our bank account, in full.


To consider:

a.: The funds have been paid to another party, e.g. to one of our well respected Distributors; then you should request
     the refund from the Distributor.

b.: The order is still pending; there was no payment and there is no refund to be made. No goods were shipped.
c.: The order has been completed and paid for; then a refund will be made within 14 working days from the day the
     order is cancelled and that we have received notice from our bank in writing, that your payment has
arrived in our
     bank account in full.
     When - or as soon as our goods have arrived in your shipping address, we ask you to properly - and carefully
     repack and prepare them, for a return shipment.


     WillCo Wells B.V. will then notify FedEx to contact you and pick the goods up from your shipping address, on a
     date and at a time, convenient for you. If authorised in writing, the return shipment will be at our cost.
